Submit identification documents

Upload your "Identification Card" and "Proof of Address" through the "Verify Your Identity" option on My Account.
*The address on the "Proof of Address" must be the same with your registered address.
*When registering your address, please enter it in both English and your native language.
*We cannot ship your orders until your identification documents have been submitted and approved.
*Personal identification documents are not required for proxy purchase services.
